Welcome to Set A Part Counseling,

This is a practice devoted to offering wise counseling based on the word of God and technical training. My name is Amanda and I opened Set A Part Counseling a few years ago after feeling the Lord call me to create my own practice. Out of this calling is when I discovered the struggle that people experience in finding a Christian therapist. I have heard countless stories of people who desperately wanted help, but they didn’t want to entrust their hurt to someone who wasn’t going to give them wise counsel based on the Lord. Set A Part Counseling isn’t simply about getting therapy. At Set A Part Counseling the focus is on helping people spiritually heal as well as mentally. I am passionate about God being first and the clinical pieces coming in as support. It has been my experience that if we heal the spirit all other healing comes to follow.
